Cremes

CREAM POTATO

Ingredients:
• • 1 kg potatoes
• • 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 200g cottage cheese
• 3 tablespoons parmesan light
• salt to taste
• 150g cherry tomatoes in halves
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon oregano
• 2 basil leaves
• 1 teaspoon light margarine
Preparation:
Boil potatoes and mash them while hot. In a bowl place the mashed potatoes, egg, flour and cheese. Mix everything until it forms a dough and place it in a baking dish. Season the cherry tomatoes with salt, olive oil, oregano and basil and hand over the dough. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for about 30 minutes. Give 8 servings (a dessert plate).

 

CREAM OF BROCCOLI AND PARSNIPS
ingredients:
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 2 cups broccoli, chopped (no stems)
• ½ kg of cassava
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• ½ cup of light cream
• 2 tablets of vegetable broth
• 1 tablespoon chopped chives
preparation
Scratch the parsnip, cut into pieces and place it in a pot. Add the vegetable broth and 5 cups (tea) of water. Cook over low heat and cook with the pot half-covered for about 30 minutes or until the parsnip is tender. Expect warm and grind. In the same pan, heat oil and saute garlic. Add the broccoli and broth in a blender and hit leave until it starts to boil. Finally, add the light cream and sprinkle the chives just before serving. You're done!
Yield: 4 servings
